Practical Information

Appropriate Clothing
We recommend dressing warmly and wearing suitable footwear for the seasonal conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Zaubersee is set in a natural outdoor environment, and visitors are responsible for their own safety during the experience.

Food village
Set in the beautiful Boschetto area of Parco Ciani, the Food Village invites visitors to enjoy a diverse range of culinary delights and local specialities. Debit cards, credit cards, Twint, and cash are all accepted.

Accessibility
The light installations are distributed throughout Parco Ciani, which features a variety of surfaces, including paved paths, gravel areas and wooded sections. Parco Ciani is listed in the Ginto app, where detailed accessibility information about the park is available. More information: pizuerst – Pro Infirmis. The food village and concert area, located in the Boschetto of Parco Ciani, are easily accessible, including for people with reduced mobility. For guests with reduced mobility, we recommend the Piazza Castello parking garage, the closest parking facility to the entrance of Parco Ciani (limited spaces available). Accessible toilet facilities equipped with an Eurokey locking system are available within Parco Ciani.

Hearing protection
Zaubersee operates in accordance with all relevant sound level regulations. As sound levels may be elevated in some areas, particularly close to loudspeakers, the use of hearing protection is recommended. This is especially important for children who should be equipped with suitable age-appropriate ear protection. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any hearing damage that may occur.

Dogs
Dogs are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead and under control at all times.

Alcohol
The consumption of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Safety and security
Security staff are present throughout the event site and are available to assist visitors whenever needed. To ensure the safe and smooth running of Zaubersee, we kindly ask all visitors to follow their instructions at all times. Please note that the organiser accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Photography and recording
Visitors are welcome to take photographs, videos, and audio recordings for personal use. If sharing your experience on social media, we would be delighted if you tagged @zaubersee.lugano. Please note that the use of drones is not permitted anywhere on the event site.
